Tristan – Today we but stuff in our portfolios and we have sections that we put stuff in and at the back there is kind compliment sheet that the people who come to parent teacher, they have to write a kind compliment on the paper. Also today I got my rubric sheet for my Glogster and I got 44 out of 45.
Dante – In our portfolio we put our summer writing and Birds Hill writing.
Jolene – Today when we were doing our portfolio, we were putting in our pages, I got mixed up where to put it.
Ashley – I think we do portfolios because we want our families to be proud of the work we do.
Emma – I think we do portfolios because we can look back on what we did when we are older and it would be nice to show our kids what we did in school.
Dylan – I think we do portfolios to show our parents what we do at school.
Jessica – I think we do portfolios so that when we have parent teacher conferences, our parents will appreciate all the work we have done.
Brooke – When we do portfolios I feel very proud because I get to look at my work and see what I have done so far in the year and they remind me of what I have to work on.
Taylor – I think we do portfolios because when we are at parent teacher and we are telling about something we can show that page in our portfolio.
Sydney – When we do portfolios I think that on parent teacher it is something to show them what we have been doing in school.
Hi Room 5!!
ReplyDeleteAs a parent, I can tell you that I LOVE seeing my child's portfolio. Your class does so much work during the year that it is impossible to see it all or hear about it all. These portfolios are such a great connection to the work you do and its fun to watch your growth from 1 term to the next! Thank you so much for working so hard to make these portfolios so special.
Have a great afternoon!
Mrs. Oddy
